Our Mission
Is to represent California Harness Horsemen — OWNERS, TRAINERS, DRIVERS
AND BREEDERS — before the Horse Racing Board, the State Legislature, and
other local and national agencies. It is our goal to promote the sport
of harness racing and to preserve its many rich traditions
